What are the purpose of these, will they be just fluff or something used to unlock advanced skills perhaps even provide an insight, giving instant boosting in some skill?
Has their use been revealed yet?

There are 4 kinds on the market, Sleeper, Takmahl, Talocan & Yan Jung, all with a number of specific artefacts listed under them but no info about what they do.

They're not and there are no other artefacts to speak of so how can you be thinking of something else?

Again, reading comprehension, on three separate accounts I've hinted at them not being ingame or said it outright.
I'm not here to spoonfeed you a thread, I'm here asking a question about artefacts, if you know nothing about them then go back to your blasters and leave commenting to people who has actually checked anything other than the ammo section of the market.

You have to do this just to find out about them and you expect people to give a useful answer? If they're not even in the game, how will people know what they're for?
There might have been some info in the magazine or some blog I've not yet read, or someone hanging out on some obscure chat with devs might have picked up on it and wanted to share.

There being a separate line of artefacts for the caldari seem odd from a fictional point of view, better hope the 4th kind are jove in origin.
